Everyone knows that it is the best ice cream in the city and if you haven't tried it yet, it is one of the important things to do if you are in Sassari. Yesterday we also had the opportunity to taste a delicious pistachio semifreddo. We took advantage of the occasion of a birthday and we made a great impression. It was not possible to photograph the cake because the guests did not give us time. Thanks to the owners who are always kind and smiling. Keep it up guys, very good.

All ice cream flavors are gluten-free and it was really delicious 😍 The staff was super friendly and you can't complain about the price either, would definitely come back 😊

Italian ice cream of the highest quality! The friendly boss gave us the best advice on October 9, 2024 and even let us try it beforehand. The varieties we tried tasted very harmonious, unobtrusive, natural and yet very clearly representative of the respective variety. Among other things, I chose the “Rose” variety, which is made from real petals. Because I didn't know rose ice cream yet. Incredibly real and noble! Nevertheless, the prices are surprisingly humane. Should I come to Sassari again, there is no way around this small but fine ice cream factory.

Best ice cream we had in Sardinia! Delicious and surprising flavors too, such as rosemary. This man certainly has a passion for making ice cream and you can taste it.

Great ice cream unique flavors: while my husband went classic with chocolate and pistachio, I tried the rose petals and Sicilian fruits (citrus sorbet with excellent candied citrus bits). Both were delicious and flavorful. Definitely artisan made, unique and high quality ingredients.

25/10/2024: We went to dinner. Breathtaking location, very well looked after, incredible view and beautiful settings. The presence of the white donkeys, which are willing to be petted, is very beautiful. They gave us a table in front of the window, overlooking the bay. We ordered oysters, mussels all'algherese, spaghetti all'algherese and culurgiones seasoned with ovinfort (Thiesi cheese) and walnuts. All heavenly. Impeccable and friendly service, with great availability, and a very welcome pet welcome. The seadas and assorted Sardinian sweets are excellent. Excellent value for money. What can I say? Great evening and place to absolutely return. Thank you!

24/03/2025: I think that Trigu is the pizzeria par excellence, pizza reigns supreme in every sense, with attention to the smallest details, beautiful to look at and very good to eat... I was struck by the taste of the tasty and tasty ingredients... congratulations to the pizza chefs. The staff is kind and courteous, you immediately notice that good humor reigns, for me the atmosphere is top notch, soft music with an adequate volume served as the background for the whole evening.
