I came halfway across the world and this is probably the best gelato I’ve ever had. And the owner is one of the nicest people you’ll meet (he gave free icecream to a couple of homeless people even when they tried to pay). Impressed by food, by service and by the warmth too ❤️

Here, an exceptionally friendly atmosphere accompanies a stratospheric gelato: research and quality. The San Giovanni fig flavor is the best I've ever tasted (with peel and leaf). The Porto Ferro flavor is inimitable, with Mediterranean botanicals. Bravissimo

08/12/2025: Excellent food, varied and plentiful. Excellent service. The atmosphere is welcoming and spotlessly clean. Highly recommended. I organized a lunch to celebrate my 50th wedding anniversary. If I could, I'd go back and repeat the experience.

03/11/2025: Yes, they work to order and are not an industrial or "normal" pastry shop. They're exceptional, period. They work on commission, like a tailor makes custom-made trousers. Want Zara trousers? Don't go there. They're for the most refined palates and for people who recognize quality, kindness, and reliability. Try the muffins, the zucchini fillets, the red velvet meatballs, the crostata, the panadas—wonderful. It's not cooking: it's pure art. Like Caravaggio: it's not for everyone. But for me, definitely! Thank you, Domenica, you're a ray of sunshine in a dark world.
