Incredible gelato, a true gem discovered by chance while wandering along the Lanza. Both the classic and special flavors are truly exceptional and worth trying (try the macha flavor). I hope to return soon!

The ice cream is simply exceptional: you can taste the very high quality of the raw materials, natural and carefully selected, from the first taste. Each flavor is balanced, authentic, never cloying. Another strong point is the continuous research: each visit is an opportunity to discover new, original and never banal flavors. If you love artisanal ice cream and you like to experiment, Solstizio is a true point of reference. Highly recommended.

In 30 years I have eaten ice creams... from north to south, in almost all the regions of Italy, and I would never have thought that right behind my house I would be able to taste the best ice cream in the world that I have ever eaten to date! The thing I love are the rotating flavors, they are never banal and are almost always made with seasonal ingredients, the creaminess and taste are indescribable in words. Another very positive thing is that there are also many flavors available without milk (therefore also suitable for vegans) that are equally delicious. The cone wafer is always fragrant, they are always kind and helpful and sometimes I happened to not be sure of the flavor and before putting it on the cone they let me taste it.
