3.7⭐ Not the best I've tasted. I struggle to find less sweet Italian gelato here. The owner assured me that was the case, and well, I'd say... it depends on your palate and flavors, as some were quite sweet. But the problem I had here was that the pistachio gelato didn't taste like pistachios, but rather like fior di latte. Although that's the basis of the recipe, the pistachio ratio should have been increased! It was more like a milk cream with pistachio pieces. The texture, however, attests to the naturalness of the product, raw and artisanal, which is pleasant and rare. I really enjoyed the lemon basil sorbet. 🍋However, there's too much sugar in their famous grape gelato... I recommend the lemon or lemon basil. The owner is welcoming.
