Delicious authentic gelato. No funny business - the pistachio was a nice pale green/brown - and the women behind the counter were so friendly and chatty. Not only got an ice cream but some recommendations for during my stay <3

We were visiting lake Como for a wedding and we made sure to stop at this place another time because the lemon gelato was so good! Must try!! They also allow you to get two flavors on the small scoop which was awesome but I would just get the lemon gelato since you are going to want more!!

Ice cream was very soft, nothing special in taste. Amarene was basically just ice cream, almost no cherries.

Wow! In a two week Italian trip (all over) my whole family thought this one was the best! Great, innovative flavors but authentic gelato. I wish I could tell you which flavors to get, but they all knocked out socks off. Definitely a must stop.

This gelato was the best we have had in italy and we have been to Rome, Florence, Livorno, Positano, Sardinia, Tuscany, Naples, Trieste, and so many other cities. We stumbled upon this Gelateria while holding an ice cream cone of Gelab another gelateria; however, once we saw the menu we immediately got in line. Every flavor was incredible, this is true artisanal gelato. Best Fragola, strawberry grape, chocolate, mascarpone and Nutella, Sicilian citrus! These flavors were the freshest we have ever tasted! Don’t even bother going anywhere else in Como.

After a delicious lunch at Bar Duomo, we went straight to the ice cream shop… and what a great choice! A pistachio ice cream with top marks: creamy, intense, authentic flavor. A real treat after lunch. Highly recommended! Thank you 🫶🏻

12/07/2025: We had already considered this restaurant for lunch before our stay in Como. We are in one of the region's tourist hotspots, in a restaurant right in the old town. If I keep this in mind when setting my expectations for the visit, I can enjoy a good, albeit not inexpensive, lunch here. A very friendly welcome upon entering the restaurant. A vaulted cellar with a gallery level, everything modernly furnished. Pleasantly air-conditioned. The owner of the restaurant regularly visits the tables and dictates the guests' orders to his staff. It seems a bit odd. Great, large selection of classic Italian and Lombard cuisine. Beer is available on tap. Everything was delicious, service was prompt. Everything to our satisfaction.

25/06/2025: Very helpful and friendly staff, and the hotel manager was something special. He did everything to make our stay as good as possible. He manage very well! Extra bonus for the welcome drink, the fantastic food at the restaurant and possibility to relax on the terrace. The hotel have good locations for hiking and biking, yet very easy access to Como thanks to the funicular.
