03/11/2025: A gem of haute cuisine lies hidden in the heart of Porta Venezia. We returned for the third time to the Chiantà restaurant at the Hotel Cristoforo Colombo on Corso Buenos Aires. It's an elegant, refined place where you can spend a delightful evening. As always, we entrusted ourselves to the expert hands of the Chef, who proposed, advised, and guided us through his tasting menu, always different with each of our visits, full of surprises and flavors. The dishes offered reflect the local area but also draw on the Chef's roots, combining a blend of diverse yet harmoniously intertwined flavors. A stunning dish: tortelli filled with carbonara sauce and shaved white truffle (pictured). The dishes are carefully explained by the dining room staff, always present but never intrusive: the advice we received for the wine pairing was excellent. We'll definitely be back soon!
