The ice cream was mediocre and, at €2.50 per scoop, rather expensive. The service was awful. The staff were untrained, spoke neither Italian, English, nor German, and weren't familiar with their own ice cream flavors. There are many much better ice cream parlors.

Top-notch ice cream – we didn't eat it, but it looked delicious. About the ice cream: 4.5 out of 5 (I've only given it 5 once), and that's already very good for me! We tried a lot of places in Salo, and the ice cream there was the best. Good selection and still good quality. They even had licorice, and my wife said it was very good. My reference flavors were all very good.

Di passaggio a Salò all'ora di pranzo ci siamo fermate a caso in questo locale senza leggere prima le recensioni. Sicuramente se avessi letto le recensioni in anticipo non mi sarei fermata. Fortunatamente non l'ho fatto perché al contrario di quanto descritto, abbiamo mangiato due buoni branzini con verdure alle griglia e due insalate e abbiamo anche speso poco . Il personale è molto cordiale

We were here in bright sunshine. Fantastic right on the lakeshore. The food was OK, nothing more, nothing less. We've eaten much better, but we've eaten worse. Price performance is also okay. Remember, this is primarily an ice cream parlor and not a restaurant. The service was nice but a little inattentive, but I can live with that because I'm good at communication. Will we come back? I don't think so. Addendum…. The drinks were almost more expensive than the pizza… we definitely won't come here again.

07/06/2025: Arriviamo dal Friuli e “a naso” abbiamo scelto di fare colazione in questa bellissima pasticceria Entrando ci accoglie un profumo delizioso, prodotti dolci da acquolina al primo sguardo e tanti sorrisi. Al tavolo tutto confermato! Alla qualità si aggiunge la gentilezza con consigli, inaspettati e graditi, su cosa visitare in zona e dove pranzare TOP Brav@, brav@ bravissim@ !!
18/02/2025: Since I cannot directly respond to the negative comment left by Mr. 'Naldi_12 Demo', I will respond here, in case you ever see it. A detail that leaves me perplexed is that, on the day of his visit, I was not present in the pastry shop. So it surprises me that behavior is attributed to me that not only does not reflect my way of working, but which, apparently, cannot even be justified by my presence in the room. I therefore leave the interpretation of the experience to his memory, but I hope that Mr Naldi will have the opportunity to clarify the situation and, if necessary, revise his opinion based on a correct understanding of the facts.
