Very delicious first meal in Italy. Was a bit pricier than I thought but overall would choose again! Get the pistachio ice cream!

I dined here several times during my stay in Venice. The food was very good, fresh and tasty. Gelato was some of the best in the city. Prices were reasonable and the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely come back during my next trip to Venice!

31/10/2025: Il Carro restaurant, a guarantee for decades!!!! Welcoming and very clean place, very kind and super professional staff, you can enjoy excellent pizzas 🍕, cooked to perfection, first courses of land and sea, second courses of land and sea, grill, all excellent, made to order, the fish dishes 🐟 are the restaurant's strong point (delicious), very good homemade desserts, excellent wine list 🍷🥂, and good beer 🍻🍺, try it and believe it! Highly recommended
18/09/2025: Excellent food. We had fish, penne, prosciutto, scallops and deserts. Delicious!!! So glad they have it open considering all the camping restaurants around the area. Really good prices and wonderful surroundings. Spacious parking
