Gelateria Nilo's In Viareggio

Everything was perfect, lots of choices, including vegan and gluten-free options, and the staff were friendly and fast! It's now a regular stop.

I drive to this bakery especially across the city early in the morning. The freshest pastries of their own production. They also make cappuccino with oat milk, which is a rarity!

A true Italian café The macchiato couldn't be better!!! Unfortunately, the patisserie didn't quite blow us away; it could be even more delicate and lovingly prepared. We didn't try the cakes. All in all, it was a lovely visit!

Got to enjoy coffee and pastries as the neighborhood woke up around us. If we lived here it would be an everyday habit. The best!!!

The BEST pastries we have had the whole time in Italy. We have been exclusively eating the croissants with cream. The WEIGHT on these croissants let me know I was in for a good time. They do not scrimp on the filling and it was delicious. The coffee was great, prices super fair and the staff were lovely!

How could I not give it 5 stars? I stopped by by chance. Delicious pastries, a welcoming and clean environment, and incredibly kind staff. They made me feel at home right away. I rarely find such beautiful pastry shops! I give it 5 stars because I can't give more! Congratulations! P.S. The owner is very nice!

Nilo's is a wonderful place, with delicious morning pastries and professional, kind, empathetic, and fast staff—a treat for the soul. My favorites are the cream and rice puff pastry and the glazed strudel. Fantastic, masterful puff pastry, not at all greasy and perfectly cooked, very easy to digest. There are plenty of tables inside and out; it's rare to not find a seat. The spaces are spacious and welcoming, making a relaxing breakfast possible even for tired moms with strollers, or families with thirsty dogs, who are warmly welcomed. The restroom is spotless and spacious. The pastry shop also offers traditional and modern cakes, which we've enjoyed numerous times for birthday celebrations and family reunions. When passing through Viareggio, a stop at Nilo's is a must.
