It's great that something like this still exists. The dairy products are not only visually appealing, but also taste really good – and there are even vegan alternatives. The coffee is also impressive, especially the espresso – very good and, at €1.30, absolutely fair. Overall: the quality, selection, and prices are all right. I'd be happy to come back! Pasticceria Nilo's is the perfect place to enjoy their products! As soon as you step inside, you're greeted by a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with lovely decor! This pastry shop offers a wide selection of pastries, savory treats, and mini pastries (even for vegans and gluten-intolerant guests), as well as delicious desserts (all homemade). Their Nilo's (recommended by one of the girls who served me) was a delightful discovery; every bite was a true pleasure. The combination of flavors was simply fantastic. I was very happy with the service I received. The brunette who assisted me was truly attentive and professional. She was able to advise me, paying attention to detail, and making the experience pleasant and fast. It was a pleasure to receive such attentive service. Kudos to her and the entire team! I can't wait to return and try other delicacies.

This is my first review. I'm on vacation in Viareggio, so I searched Google Maps for the nearest pastry shop and ended up here. Nilo's is a pastry shop that deserves a visit. The selection of products is wide and varied; Nilo's offers something for every palate. The pastry chefs are true artists. Another strong point of Nilo's is definitely the service. The staff is friendly and helpful, always smiling despite their slightly tired expressions. The young woman who didn't charge me for a small accident I had with a dropped pastry was a lovely touch. She was kind and understanding, saying, "It can happen." Nilo's represents excellent value for money.

Nilo's has been a guarantee of quality in Viareggio for many years, I had further confirmation yesterday with a dessert (mimosa) that I had ordered to celebrate my birthday, a delight that all the guests greatly appreciated. I must also thank Nilo's for the seriousness and kindness of the staff.. it is not at the top for nothing.. compliments and thanks. Ps. also the prices are more than fair.

My partner and I rented a house for the summer near this pastry shop that I unfortunately didn't know about! We fell in love with their pastries from the first day we had breakfast there. The staff is kind and smiling (which is not a given because in many places they don't even say good morning to you) and the pastries are spectacular! Then my partner wanted a pistachio pastry that they didn't have anymore at the moment but they immediately remedied it by filling a corrected pastry with pistachio cream that is nothing short of delicious 😋 thanks and see you soon!

I was just walking by and went inside to get soya cappuccino but oh my goodness they also had VEGAN pastries. I had to get one zizzone. So good. What a surprise it was. Nice lady and beautiful place full of sweets.
