I must admit that the ice cream was good, with quality ingredients and lactose-free flavors. However, I can't say that I had a completely positive experience: after weighing the ice cream, the staff removed a few grams from the tub because the weight slightly exceeded the expected weight (it was a 1kg tub). This left me a bit perplexed, considering that the prices are already quite high compared to average. In conclusion, although the ice cream is good, the excessive focus on weight and the high prices make me hesitate to recommend this ice cream shop without reservations. Response for the owner: I fear that the meaning of my review was not understood, or perhaps I did not express myself clearly. The ice cream was excellent, however, given that it is sold at a fixed price per kilogram, I considered the action of removing ice cream from the tub, right in front of the customer, just because the weight exceeded the established limit by a few grams inelegant. I would have simply appreciated a small gesture of courtesy, such as a gift that was obviously not obligatory, considering the selling price. When I buy bread, fruit or vegetables, the price is based on the actual weight, so there are no misunderstandings.

Excellent ice cream, as well as the service and the environment. I didn't give 5 stars simply because the cost is a bit too high, considering that we are in Asola, and not in a tourist location, such as Desenzano del Garda (where it costs less).

The best ice cream in Asola and surrounding areas. It's a shame about the location, it would be great if they could have tables and table service.
