Everything was delicious. The pizza was truly excellent, with a light dough that didn't weigh you down. Excellent and fast service. Prices were a little high, but considering the quality, they're reasonable.

We booked for 9:30 PM this morning for 10 people. There was room, so we made a reservation. When we got there, they told us we had to wait for a table to become available. We expected a 10-minute wait, but in reality, we were in for an hour and 20 minutes. The 8:30 PM table arrived late, so we went downstairs and waited, because where else would you go at that time? The organization was truly terrible. The pizzas were really good, with a light crust. I recommend the America and Oriente, which are truly a gem. The place is very small for the demand, they should expand. I also expected some attention to the bill given the organizational inconvenience we were subjected to, but nothing.

Saturday evening, 9:30 PM. Gianluigi proves to be in a class of his own. He's light years ahead of even his more renowned colleagues in the dough. The Bosco scuro is absurd, but I expected a more decisive note on the Aglianico reduction. I would also make a point about the wait staff. I couldn't perceive any hierarchy, which created chaos. After ordering, I was asked if I'd ordered.
It's a shame that one table present that evening was overly vocal the entire time, which contributed to the atmosphere being unworthy of that pizzeria.
P.S. You're also scary with the appetizers.

We went last night with a couple of friends. To say we had a wonderful meal and a great time would be an understatement. The menu is truly varied, from appetizers to pizzas. You can tell there's a lot of work and attention to detail behind it. Not to mention the peanut French toast to finish, which was spectacular! The only downside is that the space is perhaps a little small. The staff is super friendly and helpful.

I've been to this pizzeria several times and it's always great! Everything is always delicious, exquisite pizzas and quality ingredients. The staff is fantastic: Antonella at the cashier is always kind and smiling, and Gianluigi, the pizza chef, is a true phenomenon! You can see the passion he puts into it. It's become a must-try, highly recommended!

My partner and I came here for dinner on Saturday evening and were truly impressed.

I really enjoyed the pizza at Gli Artigiani di Gianluigi Rispo: the dough was light, fragrant, and very digestible, and it was cooked perfectly. The pizza flavors were also very tasty and unique, well-crafted and not banal.
The only downside was the wait, which was quite long despite the place not being particularly crowded at the time we arrived. For a while, it seemed like no pizza was coming out.
For two people, three pizzas and a water cost us €63, which was definitely not cheap. That said, for my tastes, it remains one of the best pizzas ever, and I would definitely return, because the dough is truly top-notch.

This review is more for me, so when I forget about the place in a while, I'll reread it and never return.
We came to this place because it was advertised on social media.
Friendly staff.
Good appetizers, but the pizza is perhaps too "advanced" for my taste and, in my opinion, too expensive.
The one I chose (pictured) was purposely presented in a cardboard box and, I must say, reminded me of the kind of low-quality pizza served at the auto grill.
Of course, taste is highly subjective.
Reservations recommended.
