Best gelato in Florence. The quality is amazing, true and authentic. The flavors change everyday and are very tasty and unique. You’re only allowed to try one flavor though, but most places are like that. Valentina and Elena were very nice, patient, and friendly. Valentina always had a huge smile and welcoming energy! Highly recommend

The service was excellent (but I went to the restaurant in via dei Banchi, Santa Maria Novella area). The prices were too high, the 4 euro cup was tiny. The eggnog is good, the Sofia cream is good, the strength of the chocolate is perhaps excessive compared to the other flavours. Overall good

I visited this café and tried the Tiramisu and Hazelnut ice cream. The flavors were really good and tasty, but unfortunately, the experience was affected by the service.
The staff, particularly one girl, was rude and unwilling to let me try the flavors before I decided what to order. This was disappointing, as good service is just as important as good food.
Overall, while the ice cream was delicious, the customer service could definitely be improved.

A real discovery!!! If you are looking for something in particular, you will not find anything obvious here. I had a lemon and sage sorbet. Optimal. I looked at the other flavors. Out of curiosity I would have tasted them all! The girl who served me is really very kind. Thank you. Very close to Piazza Santa Maria Novella. Get one of these special ice creams and go and eat it sitting on a bench in the square. Savor and admire. I don't have any photos because I ate all the ice cream.

Extremely nice place...very small but with attention to every detail...the staff is very kind and super helpful...unfortunately the ice cream is so good that there is always a huge queue and a long wait...the flavors are extraordinary because it is not the usual ice cream prepared with basics but of an artisanal ice cream with expertly dosed ingredients

The best gelato of our entire 10 days in Italy!!! We went back 4 times while in Florence and they had different flavors each time. If that is not fresh and authentic I don’t know what is! We were staying a 15 minute walk from their location in Santo Spirito and still did it each night it was THAT good!
