¡Es sin duda uno los mejores helados que he probado! La cantidad es generosa y los sabores están muy ricos. Una parada en medio de nuestra visita a Florencia muy recomendable.

It was good gelato it is popular place with decent size line but it moved quickly. One way to tell good gelato is the container they are in. The round ones that are covered are typically good gealto vs the big mounds that a very colorfull. Like Pisatachio when it has that nice dark green vs that like food color looking green. This place was done right.

Best ice cream in Florence! Can highly recommend the Catrame (extra pure chocolate) and buontalenti. We arrived on Friday in Florence and after checking in our host recommended this gelateria to us. The store was closed but the owner was so kind to let us order anyway a takeout. 1/2 liter ice cream for €10.

Best ice cream in Florence and probably in the whole of Italy!!! Life changing flavors! I loved the buontalenti & catrame chocolate!!!!! We tried more than 10 difference ice creams in Florence and this one was the best. We kept going back for more! The Owner was so kind. When we arrived on Friday he wasn’t open & he still managed to allow us to order some ice cream in a bucket to share!!Loved the local vibe!!

Located along a quiet street, away from the maddening crowd. We ordered 3 x piccolo cups, 2 with 2 flavours each and the other with just 1 flavour. Portion was decent, not the most generous we’ve had. Flavours we had: 1. Passion Fruit 2. Lemon & Sage 3. Hazelnut 4. Caramel 5. Strawberry The fruity flavours were bright and refreshing (loved the passion fruit + lemon & sage!), the caramel was a little sweet for me and the Hazelnut had a nice salty tinge to it. Service was mediocre, the server just stared blankly at us and only came to life once I asked if we could place our order.

10/11/2024: Had an amazing lunch here featuring creative dishes and high-quality ingredients with so many enticing choices, it was hard to choose! Massimo and Cecilia are perfect hosts who guided us in our choices and explained the ingredients and took great care of us during our meal. We really enjoyed the new extra-virgin olive oil based menu with a chance to try three area olive oils and then follow with pasta, meat, and vegetable courses, all accompanied by Massimo ‘s choices of wines. We are dying to try some of Cecilia’s other creations and will definitely be back soon.

Casa della Bistecca - Food Club House

12/08/2024: Finally a place where you can eat excellent grilled meat! A menu with three types of first courses but a wide choice of steaks. The wine list is also excellent. I will happily return! I recommend booking!
04/08/2024: There is no cheap food here because, in my opinion, high-quality meat is fantastically prepared here. That was my best steak ever! Linguistically it was a bit difficult, but the chef spoke English quite well.
