Great ice cream with a mix of traditional and unusual flavours. The matcha and salted butter were delicious 😋 The cone was probably one of the better cones I’ve tried in Italy

One of the best ice cream shops in Florence. Fresh and artisanal ice creams from La Sorbettiera that has now other venues spread all over Florence. I really appreciate the fact that they have few flavours that change over the different seasons with just very few flavours always proposed, such as hazelnut and pistachio. I got a medium tub with hazelnut, pistachio and catrame (dark chocolate). Tasty and authentic flavours not overwhelming in terms of sweetness. Staff really nice and kind. I highly recommend this place. It is always a pleasure to visit this and the other venues.

There are gelato shops galore in Florence; you practically have to turn the corner to find a cone. And many are truly delicious. But La Sorbettiera in Piazza Tasso has that extra something that makes you want to return even if the line is long and the bench is already taken. Here, you immediately taste the true artisanal craftsmanship: flavors that respect traditional recipes (a pistachio that seems to speak with a Sicilian accent!), but also more creative creations that surprise without ever being strange for the sake of being strange. The ingredients are top-quality, no shortcuts, and you can tell from the first spoonful. To complete the picture, there's impeccable service: smiles, advice on matching flavors, and that genuine attention that makes you feel more like a guest than a customer. In a city full of excellent gelato, La Sorbettiera manages to shine with its own style... and with cones that always sell out far too quickly.

Ieri io e i miei amici abbiamo passato la giornata a Firenze. Trovandomi nelle zone di piazza Tasso ho deciso di andare in questa gelateria. Commessa fiorentina molto gentile e simpatica. Il gelato l' ho preso limone e salvia e nocciole delle Langhe e devo dire veramente top. Forse il migliore gelato di Firenze. Critiche ? Mhh direi di no , forse dovrebbero aumentare un po' la quantità di gelato( anche se avevo preso il piccolo )e per quanto riguarda il prezzo secondo me per trovarsi a Firenze è un ottimo il prezzo , considerando che un cono piccolo con due gusti l' ho pagato 3 euro e la bottiglietta d'acqua 1 euro. Un consiglio: forse dovrebbero aumentare la scelta di gusti. Tutto sommato gelato eccezionale. Da rifare.
