The ice cream is excellent, but I'm sorry about the questionable attitude of the lady at the counter; frankly, I won't be returning. I'm giving it a three because the ice cream is very good, but the service is part of the experience and leaves much to be desired.

30/12/2025: Fantastic location. Beautifully maintained grounds. The decor, services, and professionalism were top notch, and the food was delicious. I couldn't find a single flaw, a real gem... I was invited to a wedding, and the celebrant who usually serves at Tenuta Monticello, Mr. Andrea, blew me away with the wonder of the ceremony. I'm so grateful to have been able to experience this unique event. Highly recommended!
