04/01/2025: Vote 10 deserved!!! Found via Google in the Tuscolana area and we booked almost in real time. The place is really well structured, welcoming and young! The pinsas are really excellent, light and well leavened. The ingredients were really of excellent quality and the flavors were fresh. The combination of flavors of the KREMMERZ pinsa is spectacular, where sweet and bitter flavors combine perfectly. The classic Pinsa con bufala DOC is top quality, as are the other "alchemical" pinsas we tried. Very light fried dishes with delicate flavors and not at all oily. The service was perfect, professional and also friendly managed by young and smart guys. Super positive note: "DOGS ALLOWED" and in fact we will certainly happily return for this reason too, without having to leave our beloved furry friend at home. Average prices, but considering the quality of the ingredients the quality/price ratio is really excellent. A truly great place to build loyalty. Compliments
