One of the best gelatos I've ever tasted, their cremino flavor is truly excellent! The pastries are also very good; I often stop for breakfast with a delicious cappuccino and a pistachio croissant! It's definitely worth it; I've always had a great experience. The staff is kind and smiling, very welcoming! I recommend it without a doubt!

Very friendly services. The lady spoke very well English. Pistacchio and dolce vita (cherry) ice cream were really delicious. Very creamy, smooth. Top! The little cookie had good flavours, but was too crumbly in my opinion.

The absolute best place to go for coffee, pastries, ice cream and aperitifs! We loved the pistachio icecream. The owners of the restaurant are so lovely and friendly! 100% recommendation this place!

The ice cream still needs improvement, even though it's made great strides over the years. The yogurt is still too cold. But the kindness and friendliness of the place are not found anywhere else. The people are fabulous.

Very good ice cream, one of the best in Calenzano. And what about Sergio and Debora? Fantastic and always available with their friendliness and professionalism. But a special mention goes to their rice pudding! Unsurpassed, the best I've ever tasted. If you want a satisfying breakfast with a superlative rice pudding, stop by 💪

Excellent quality raw materials. For me it is the best ice cream shop in Calenzano and I happily walk for twenty minutes. Excellent gluten-free wafers.

12/10/2025: We have had the privilege of experiencing Patricia and Toni's warm and welcoming hospitality several times. The Collina is a place to breathe deeply, relax, and enjoy. The many tips for excursions and restaurants were always spot on. The rooms are spotlessly clean, simple, and modern. We always slept wonderfully in them. The breathtaking panorama in the morning, whether looking out the window or at the edge of the pool, is incomparable. For us, the Collina is a small, exquisite paradise that is second to none. We highly recommend it.
