10/05/2025: We arrived around 10pm and were pleased to be seated immediately. We ordered two customized margherita pizzas with some additions: surprisingly, and perhaps also thanks to the not too crowded time, the pizzas arrived very quickly. An initially quick and efficient service, therefore. However, there were some disappointing aspects. The pizza dough, unfortunately, was rather rubbery, compromising the pleasantness of the experience. Even the mozzarella didn't shine in quality or flavor, also resulting rubbery and unconvincing. Furthermore, the additions were priced at 1.50 euros each, a cost that appears excessive considering the overall yield of the dish. We concluded with two desserts, but even in this case expectations were not met: definitely not up to the 7 euros requested. Another discordant note was the uneven treatment in the service: at the end of the meal we were offered liqueurs, but, unlike the tables next door, we were not served the final sweets, a detail which, although small, affects the general perception of customer attention. Finally, the place proved to be particularly noisy, making conversation difficult at times. An experience with ups and downs, therefore, which leaves room for some improvement, especially in terms of quality and attention to detail.
