Ottima varietà di gusti, molto attenti anche ai vegani. Gelato di buona qualità e davvero un menù molto ampio di dolci. Probabilmente la migliore gelateria in zona Lovere, Costa Volpino e Pisogne.

01/02/2026: I chose this place for the wide variety of gluten-free dishes for my partner, who is celiac. The staff is super attentive to cross-contamination and generally very helpful and friendly. I ordered a platter with excellent fried GF gnocco and both regular and GF casocelli, which were truly excellent. Good selection and variety of wines. Average prices. Highly recommended!
19/01/2026: There's no place like Byron for a celiac. I've been coming here for years. I've always found kindness, attentiveness, and excellent food with a wide variety. They also offer a double kitchen for 100% gluten-free options. Thank you for being there!
