The two girls at the counter were very kind, helpful, and professional, helping to make the experience even more enjoyable. I tasted two unique and sophisticated flavors, far removed from the usual commercial flavors. I clearly perceived the use of high-quality ingredients and a great balance in the recipes. The gelato isn't overly sweet or creamy, but clean, elegant, and with a well-defined flavor. The cone is also excellent, made with real wafers and very crunchy, which further enhances the gelato. A high-end gelato shop, recommended for those seeking quality, innovation, and an authentic experience.
