Before you order it, talk to the owner... she'll convey her passion for her work, telling you how she chooses the ingredients and how she works with them to ensure she's satisfied. She'll kindly convince you to try a flavor you'd never have tried before (she introduced me to the mascarpone tiramisu, which I would never have tried) and which will become one of your favorites. After all this, order the gelato... and you'll hear everything she told you. I'll save another review for a new flavor coming soon... 😊
