05/01/2025: The Gelateria del Biondo in Brescia is a little jewel for lovers of artisanal ice cream. The first thing that strikes you is the family atmosphere: a place without frills, but with a genuine soul. Ice cream? An experience. Creamy at the right point, with flavors that oscillate between the impeccable classics and some more daring proposals. Personally, pistachio won me over: intense and natural, without that artificial aftertaste that ruins everything. Another plus point? Generous portions and honest prices, which is not always guaranteed in Brescia. If you are nearby, it is worth the detour, perhaps for a cone while walking towards the Castle.
