It was located in a quiet alley, so I was able to enjoy delicious gelato at my leisure. Strawberry, pistachio, and vanilla recommended. Actually, I think everything else would be delicious too!

We tried many Gelato shops across South Eastern Sicily in our week there … this was universally referred to as the benchmark by family. And cheap!!

Great find! Off the beaten path but probably the best marinara, seafood and pasta I had in a while, even in Italy. The calamari fritti is also perfection. Light and flavorful. A myst stop when visiting Syracuse

"A delicious experience from start to finish! We visited Gelato Gusto and were delighted with the variety and quality of their artisanal ice creams. From the classics to the most innovative flavors, the staff was friendly and helpful, offering recommendations and samples to help us choose our favorite flavors. The atmosphere was cozy and clean, perfect for enjoying dessert with friends or family. We will definitely be back to try more of their delicious ice creams. 19/08/2024: Exceptional service, I don't remember the name but the girl doing table service was very kind, nice and smiling. All excellent in quality and preparation. We went for lunch and although we initially made the wrong choice, we were very happy to have made the mistake.

Ristorante Pizzeria Casa Matta

07/06/2024: Per noi ormai è una tappa obbligatoria quando passiamo da noto. Pizza superlativa, luogo accogliente e personale professionale, sorridente, simpatico e disponibile. Alcuni si sono fatti consigliare dal titolare per una pizza con degli ingredienti freschissimi, come per esempio il tonno, e così è stato. Abbiamo scelto diversi gusti, essendo in tanti, ma la professionalità si vede anche in questi ambiti. Consigliato e consiglio, scusate il giro di parole anche di chiamare per le diverse prenotazioni.
12/05/2024: No teníamos reservación, un domingo por la noche. Insistimos y nos dieron una mesita en la terraza. Gracias a esto disfruté de la mejor pizza del (mi) mundo. Aunque el menú de pizzas es amplio (distintas salsas con muchos ingredientes locales), permiten adaptaciones fácilmente. Además de una sopa de legumbres (riquísima) pedimos la caprichosa (vegetariana, buena) y una variante de la pizza Bianche Vicini Vicini: mozarela, pesto de pistacho, pimienta, alcaparras, aceitunas, vinagre balsámico y aceite de oliva (de la original) con papas asadas y cebolla morada (para sutituir otros dos quesos de la original): simplemente DELICIOSA, combinación de sabores insuperable, el pan y cornicione perfectos. El vino blanco de la casa muy bueno también. La atención del personal es también inmejorable. Desearía cenar ahí todos los domingos :-)
