We used Gelato Castelini for our post wedding lunch and pool event and I have to say the ice cream was DELICIOUS !!! So much so , I had 3!! Thank you so much 🤩

The gelato is so good that the motorbike stops itself just before turning into Monteriggioni. Artisanal quality, excellent flavors—a must-see in Chianti!

There is a wide choice of flavors including very special ones, in addition to ice cream they make milkshakes, yogurt and ice cream brioche. Outside there is an adorable little red house, the ice cream makers are very cute! It is an excellent quality ice cream, very good and well worth it! I highly recommend stopping here, the ice cream brioche is very good!!!! ✨✨✨✨

Gelateria molto buona. Location ideale. Peccato che il personale che serve al bancone fa anche cassa toccando i soldi e poi senza lavarsi le mani o indossare i guanti, prende la cialda per il cornetto a mani nude, con le stesse mani con cui ha toccato i soldi e successivamente lo arrotola in un tovagliolino. Ho notato questo atteggiamento già dalla stagione 2024, oggi primo gelato anno 2025 la situazione non è ancora cambiata. Peccato veramente! Basterebbe così poco per essere perfetta, anche perché l’igiene è una componente fondamentale nel settore alimentare! Ci tornerò, ma chiederò solo gelato in coppetta nonostante non lo preferisca.

Tra tanto vino, olio, tartufo, carne, prodotti tipici che invitano in questa zona a ghiotti pranzi e merende, un buon gelato ci sta bene. Qui lo trovi buono, con un’ampia varietà di gusti non solo classici ma anche con qualche originalità. Ambiente gradevole soprattutto per l’accogliente cortile con tanti tavoli e sedie a disposizione del pubblico. Prezzi equi (coppetta due gusti 3 euro). Il locale ha successo e quindi nelle ore di punta è facile dover fare un po’ di fila. Servizio al banco un po’ approssimativo e con qualche sbavatura.
