Fantastic and imaginative flavors. I've had the vegan fig ice cream, the castagnaccio flavor, and the walnut and ginger flavor. Everything was delicious. The staff was friendly and patient.

So, I live in Florence and I know several good ice cream shops there, but De' Coltelli is second to none, in fact... I think I've tried the flavors I've enjoyed the most at this ice cream shop. Here are some of the TOP HITS 🔥🔥: -sheep's milk yogurt -chestnuts -sheep's milk fiordilatte with pollen -sour cherries -macadamia nuts -fiordilatte with extra virgin olive oil and then, oh well, so many more, considering they change them often... go there DHN

Delicious, thick, Italian ice cream. During my week-long stay in Italy, I set myself the goal of eating at least one gelato a day, so I have something to compare it to. This is one of the top spots on my trip. I also found this place through a recommendation.
