The ice creams were quite good: Sardinian cake, super dark. Of the fruit flavors, the fig one was quite good. I expected more from the others: strawberry, watermelon and lime, and mango. No waffles were offered.

Brutally good ice cream – the pistachio and peanut ones are simply amazing 🚀 The ice cream is comparable to that at Ballabeni in Munich.

We weren't familiar with this place and stopped by yesterday by chance. I tried the zabaglione and pistachio and was blown away. Excellent, among the best I've ever tasted.

Immaginate di leggere il gusto di un gelato, lo ordinate, lo assaggiate e nella vostra mente, sia come gusto che come immagine viene proiettato quell'esatto gusto. Penso di non aver mai assaggiato un gelato che potesse darmi questa sensazione 1:1. Una garanzia, sempre e comunque <3 C'è altro da aggiungere?

Ottimo gelato Artigianale, la migliore Gelateria di Cagliari. Gelato di qualità di altissima pasticceria. Ottimo il Pistacchio, la Gelataia Cortese e gentile.

03/09/2025: Well, yes, after my first review three years ago, "Professional Service," having organized conferences, meetings, and weddings, I found myself last night in a consistently pleasant and comfortable atmosphere. I chose rice with pistachios and found that plain rice with butter and parmesan was tastier, with no flavor of the famous Bronte pistachios. The service has definitely deteriorated over time.
03/09/2025: Located at the entrance to Caesar's Hotel, the restaurant offers an elegant and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for a special evening. The seafood appetizers were incredibly fresh, especially the fried octopus, superb! I loved the seafood risotto, flavorful and perfectly cooked. The service, led by Mr. Andrea and Nicola, was attentive and impeccable. The dessert, drowned in gianduia, rounded off the dinner beautifully. Excellent value for money for an experience of this caliber. A journey through the flavors of Sardinia that I recommend to everyone! 5 stars, we'll be back soon!
