Update after 6 years from the first part of the review: always highly recommended, the prices have increased but as in all ice cream shops it is always worth it! Delicious ice cream, courteous and attentive staff and special mention also for the vegan water-based flavors, super! The brioche with ice cream are also delicious. Absolutely recommended! Hidden ice cream shop and tried a bit by chance. It was truly an unexpected discovery! Exquisite ice cream, classic flavors or more particular and sophisticated, all really excellent! Mint flavored ice cream completely white, without any colorants. In short, it is really worth a visit, even now that the heat is over, you will not regret it! If we add to all this the kindness and professionalism of the guy behind the counter we really reach excellence! Well done, keep it up.

Very kind staff even though they were full of people (no, it's not to be underestimated), amazing ice cream! I got the orange special and it literally tastes like a fiesta! The pistachio ice cream on the other hand is really good and you can feel that it is artisanal. Congratulations again, keep it up!

I Panigacci

24/07/2025: Great spot. And also a nice village to wander through. Friendly people, good food, nice atmosphere.
13/06/2025: climbing a mountain road, we stumbled upon this little restaurant by chance. At the entrance we are greeted by a large fireplace with strange terracotta cups on the grill... we ask what they are and the chef explains that they are the cups for making PANIGACCI. A liquid mixture similar to that of Crepes that is poured onto the red-hot cups that cook it in a few minutes. Accompanied to the table, we decide to start our dinner with this typical appetizer, Panigacci with cold cuts and cheeses. We continue the dinner with a fillet with berries and a Polenta and Sciratt (minced meat without tomato with Colonnata lard). All very good, but... I prefer my polenta, which I have not documented, the village version or Taragna. Here instead they use very yellow semolina and served compactly from a mold. Too bad it loses that home-made touch... Very courteous and customer-friendly staff.
