One of the premium ice cream shops in Modena region. Great choice of flavours Why 4 stars, the girl that served us had obviously a bad day and was a bit grumpy so… ice cream 5 stars, service 3 stars

No os podéis perder esos magníficos helados que ofrecen! No son baratos pero valen la pena!!! Pedir el que os ponen vinagre de Modena, no sabéis cómo os va a sorprender! También los ponen dentro de panecillos, estan de muerte! Las dependientas son muy amables.

29/08/2025: Excellent place for service and quality, good service, average prices
20/08/2025: Local on Via Emilia Ovest, two minutes from the Modena Nord motorway toll booth. Ideal for a quick lunch or dinner with friends. Upon reservation, they make both meat and fish paella, among the best in Modena and accompanied by sangria. Perfect service, the dining room staff is very welcoming. Very competitive prices, with just €30 you can have a quality fish dinner

20/08/2025: I've been to Trattoria dei Contrari: I have to say the food isn't bad; in fact, it's quite good, and the dishes are well-presented. However, the overall experience was ruined by the service: I found the staff inattentive and often rude, with no regard for the customer. It's a shame, because with a little more courtesy, it would be a truly lovely place. Instead, you're left with the feeling that they don't care about welcoming you as they should.
27/07/2025: My daughter, my husband, and I stopped in almost by chance because we were passing through the area. It was a delightful discovery: the staff were incredibly friendly, the atmosphere was clean, the menu varied, the dishes were amazing, and the prices were very fair. We had tagliatelle with meat sauce, which were fabulous. It will definitely become a must-stop when we're in the area. Highly recommended!!!
