We followed the advice of our guide at the Giusti Museum to test the ice cream combination with traditional balsamic vinegar from their house. Great discovery, the mix works well together! Price a little high even if they don't skimp on the dose of vinegar.

we went to the ice cream shop today with my mom and sister. initially we took a small cone with the classic flavors and attracted by the taste with balsamic vinegar we decided to try it... a disappointment! €4.70 for a mini ball with five drops of vinegar... I thought it was an exemplary cup, given the fame of this DOP Modena vinegar... moreover, the vinegar was channeled into the interstices of the cup, ergo, of the five drops, two were lost.

On Easter Monday we enjoyed an excellent ice cream and we were also offered an empty cone so that our dog could try it too and she liked it. They also have great vegan ice cream. A very kind and nice girl served us.

Wow!!! Almost 50% of the gelato is vegan!!! Spectacular! What a wonderful treat and so utterly delicious!! Best gelato I've eaten! The girl who served us was very helpful also.

Excellent ice cream, then they have 3 flavor categories so it's easy to choose. Recyclable bags and polystyrene packages that are different from the usual ones, more resistant and keep the cold better in my opinion. Originals. They also won the 2025 Gambero Rosso award, which is why I was there.

Abbiamo preso una crêpes alla nutella con una pallina di gelato alle fragole, bellissimo accoppiamento. Buonissimo il gelato al mandarino!

15/05/2025: We had dinner with friends, the fried food was delicious and not greasy, the appetizer was a flask with lots of great stuff, the cacio e pepe, gnocchi alla Gricia and amatriciana, all excellent, we will gladly return and I recommend it.
18/04/2025: You can eat very well, typical Roman cuisine, abundant and tasty dishes. Very good prices. A little noisy but the owner is equipping himself with sound-absorbing panels
