The atmosphere is lovely and the products they offer are excellent. I'd recommend adding a culatello and serving the salami without the rind! Compliments for the service and the fried gnocco.

I was surprised to find a slice of Emilia in this remote part of Liguria. But I was even more surprised by the quality of the food. While one takes the quality of the cured meats and fried gnocco for granted, one appreciates the same quality in the sauces and pickles. Everything is served with friendly service and the price is excellent. So, Ligurian friends, head to Balanzone—you won't regret it.
