The consistency of the ice cream didn't convince me. I also remembered it having a more intense flavor. Not bad, but you can find better. The staff seemed a bit confused.

While strolling through Pisa, we came across Gelateria Rufus in a quiet spot across from a park, a true hidden gem. Inside, we found a well-curated selection of flavors, both milk- and water-based. What I particularly appreciated was the flexibility in portioning: you can mix three flavors in one cup, regardless of the size you choose. Naturally, I took full advantage and tried five different flavors in total. All of them were delicious, but the standout was without question the chocolate, incredibly creamy, rich, and full of flavor. An absolute favorite and a must-try if you’re nearby. Highly recommended.
