One of the few ice cream shops in northern Rome where I've found lactose-free flavors, like hazelnut and pistachio, and even plant-based cream! Beautiful, welcoming place, and friendly, helpful staff! Definitely recommended ❤️

I discovered La Corona Gelateria in Selva Candida on Instagram and was pleasantly surprised. The place is well-kept and very clean, the staff is friendly and competent, and you can tell they know their job well. The flavors are varied and all delicious, with the addition of gluten-free crepes—really nice attention to everyone. The prices are fair and the quality is excellent. Despite the line, the organization is orderly and smooth. Congratulations! A place I'll gladly return to! 🍦👏

A truly delicious ice cream shop, made with top-quality ingredients. In addition to the ice cream, I always order the crepes or yogurt, which are also truly delicious! A wide variety of flavors and toppings. It's now become our go-to ice cream shop for when we're craving a good gelato!

Good gelato, but half the girls at the counter never smile, not even by mistake :( FOR THE OWNER: Three nights ago, since it was a little late, just to be safe, before leaving the house, we checked the closing time on Maps, which said 10:00 PM. We arrived at 9:45 PM. There were very few people, in fact, we didn't even have to wait in line. One of those girls mentioned above (the ones who never smile) served us. Unlike all the other times (we're talking dozens and dozens, if not hundreds of times) where we were always asked if we wanted cream on top of our gelato, this time we had to ask for it ourselves and we were given an answer we never would have expected from such a popular and decent-quality gelato shop: "It's not there, I've already taken it off, because we're closing." What do you mean??? We were really disappointed!!! If you close at 10:00 PM, you have to serve customers until 10:00 PM!!!

The ice cream is definitely a good product. My only criticism is the licorice flavor, which I found to be very bland and almost unrecognizable. I should also mention the staff's willingness to offer me a new ice cream, especially considering that my cone fell to the floor after a minute, partly due to the heat.

The ice cream is really good, especially the zabaglione cream.
