06/09/2025: So you need to pay close attention; you're not entering just any old brewery. If there were a Michelin guide for breweries, this place would be 3-starred for its quality (but not for its very fair price), while still remaining a completely informal, family-run establishment. Given that the beer lineup changes every weekend, the beers are always selected from the best Italian and European craft beers. The owner is an expert known to virtually all the top brewers from Tuscany to Holland, and he personally travels half of Europe to uncover the best gems around. These are gems often unavailable anywhere else in Lombardy, and I believe even beyond. The kitchen offers dishes like bombette orobiche, ribs, pizzacce, and burgers, all made with excellent ingredients, often sourced personally from the small mountain pastures of Bergamo. The desserts are also delicious, often made by a local pastry shop, sometimes with beer must. A truly welcoming and exceptional place, especially for those who understand what real beer is.
