The ice cream is the best in Lucca but the staff was improvised and not up to the task of being beyond the counter, there is a need for staff up to the level of ice cream because there is an abysmal gap between the 2 things

Ice cream parlor in the center of Lucca. There are different waffle or cup sizes for €3, €4.50 and €6. I would recommend the waffle for €4.50. The ice cream tastes very good and you can tell that it is homemade. In my opinion the price is also okay and corresponds to the prices in other Tuscan old towns. The only drawback was that we had to wait about 5 minutes because the waitress first prepared a larger order for the guests on the outside tables.
