All the products at Gelateria Amore Bio are delicious; you can see, and more importantly, taste, and feel that they're truly made with love. I'd also add that the staff is not only very knowledgeable—I've started asking them for suggestions on food pairings, and I have to say they're always spot on. They're super kind and helpful. I recommend everyone try them; you won't be pleasantly surprised!

It's definitely not just any ice cream shop; it's one of those places that makes you feel good as soon as you walk in. The place is gorgeous, and the ice cream is truly special; you can taste the quality of the ingredients, and each flavor is truly unique. I really appreciated the variety of lactose-free options, made with a care that's rarely found. The open-plan kitchen is beautiful, exuding passion and attention to every detail. And then there's the staff: smiling, kind, and welcoming, they welcome you like they're at home. One thing that's very important to me is their attention to celiac disease; following AIC regulations isn't a given and shows true respect for all customers. I don't often return to Pordenone, but now it's become one of those places I'll always gladly return to. Thank you so much 🤍

The gelato experience is engaging, educational, and a fantastic activity overall. Our group loved it and the gelato, cookies, and sauces we made (completely from scratch with fresh and high-quality ingredients) were delicious. We were happy to take some home after. Thank you Ivan and Paola for teaching and providing this delicious opportunity for us.

18/06/2025: I was there this morning, the brioche was very good but I was really shocked by the rudeness of the girl who replaces Cristina, I had already had the opportunity to see it and I had also heard about it. I basically went to pay and she asked me if I paid for everything, I told her yes, she gave me the bill and when I went out I checked and saw that she had added to the bill the 2 cappuccinos that 5 minutes before a friend of ours had gone to pay for himself, I went back in, I asked her if she remembered this person because I didn't want her to think I was ripping her off, she didn't even listen to me, she got angry saying that I was the one who had to tell her what we had and that she didn't know if they had paid for the cappuccinos because there were 100 of us, actually there were 7 of us! I described the gentleman to her but she talked over me! There weren't many people and she remembered all our drinks very well but not that they had paid for 2 cappuccinos 5 minutes before??? Come on! And in any case a little calm and good manners wouldn't hurt!

29/06/2026: For a Sunday lunch, we had a wonderful time outdoors with a beautiful view, leaving the heat behind and enjoying delicious dishes. I'm reducing the ambiance only because I have to strongly urge the management (I couldn't find any other way to let you know, like a website or email) to remove that netting full of pine needles over the outdoor tables because you can't eat with the "rain" of those "mini lice" constantly falling on the tablecloth, food, water, and hair. I pointed this out to the waitress, who blamed it on the rain: no, that netting is not suitable for food: please! Put any plastic, cloth, or whatever you want over the heads of the customers as long as it doesn't have holes. (We stayed because we insisted on sitting outside and we're not picky, but we had to cover our glasses and heads... others would have raised a fuss, left, or at least stayed inside...) I hope you'll welcome constructive criticism.
21/06/2026: I only had a sandwich, I will definitely come back because I like it and I saw a great atmosphere, I will definitely try the food.
