Excellent ice cream... As always!!!

Edit: 3 stars because they don't accept POS under 5 euros. The quality of the ice cream is ok, nothing exceptional compared to many other ice cream shops in Trieste. 1 star for service for the middle-aged woman (who I believe is the owner). Demonstrates no customer service expertise. Not at all accommodating or friendly, it serves really small portions, perhaps among the smallest I've ever seen. The ice cream shop itself, however, is well structured, beautiful fridge displays with cakes, outdoor seating under the trees. Unfortunately, this won't be enough to make me come back here again...
