Sorry to give this mark, just I expected real artisan gelato, but it tasted very mediocre. So many high marks on Google should mean something, but don't get high hopes if you know what really good ice cream tastes like.

In my opinion one of the best gelateria ever. It is small, almost hidden in the historic center of the town, it is a family business and every ice cream is handmade. But the reason why for me it is the best gelateria is their Zabaione. Honestly you have to try it!!!

This is a very special gelato shop, with all the standbys and some venturesome options. I rocked celery and ginger (“zenzero” in Italian) with spirulina. Both were rich with flavor, and the ginger packed a spicy punch. If you go to Venice, you simply must stop here.

BAR Da Giosia chiosco

28/06/2026: A Venice as real as a Canaletto painting is realistic; courtesy and friendliness are always present. A regular stop for true Venetians and tourists alike, everyone at Giosia feels "at home."
19/05/2026: Cold beer and fantastic spritz. Locals flock to the place and the staff are very friendly. Highly recommended.
