Modern ice cream shop and very well furnished place. We tried three flavors and two were really enjoyable, one was the Sacher and the other was the pears and chocolate. I liked the cassata flavor a little less. However, it's an excellent ice cream shop! ---- We returned to Abela a few months later and after trying their amazing granitas I'm adding a star to the review. Their ice cream is 4 stars but the granita is 6! I tasted 4 flavors and all four surprised me. Coffee, ricotta with pistachio, black mulberry and fig! Truly exceptional consistency, certainly the best granita I have tasted to date. It's difficult to find such a wide choice of flavors around. Another positive note is the cream, which is also crazy.
