For us, Gelatando is like insurance! In a good way, of course. The gelato, cakes, and baked goods are excellent! Monica is always available, smiling, and very, VERY attentive to our needs. Wonderful job everyone!!

Monica wasn't just the pastry chef at our wedding; she was a psychologist, a mother, and a friend. During a time filled with emotions, doubts, and a thousand worries, she was a point of reference, a sincere and ever-present support, and this, nowadays, is a truly rare quality to find. But let's get to the desserts, because there Monica did something extraordinary. We asked her to create a completely vegan dessert buffet, a challenge that was anything but easy, but she passed with honors. Her desserts were phenomenal: everyone complimented them, and the guests were literally blown away by their deliciousness, especially when they discovered they were not only vegan, but also gluten-free. It all sold out. And the cake? Wonderful. The photos speak for themselves, but they don't even do the flavor justice: it was also delicious, so much so that I saw more than one person asking for seconds. Thank you so much for everything, Monica, for your talent, for your sensitivity, for your human support, and for making our day even sweeter, in every possible way. 💛
