I hate to leave it 3 stars, but honestly, I have to say that aside from the consistently high-quality products, the staff isn't up to par. They're slow, poorly trained, and lack empathy, except for the veterans. I'll avoid detailing their lack of training so as not to be harsh.

The ice cream is really delicious. The pistachio stands out above all else. Unfortunately, however, some flavors are stored under others and therefore sometimes appear a little frozen.
