Excellent lunch, fair prices for the quality they offer (which is very high!), very fresh fish, okay service, maybe a little high cover charge, but you'll gladly return to try other dishes :) And wow, it's in Boccadasse!

In one of Genoa's most beautiful and well-known corners, the small fishing village of Boccadasse, this restaurant, perhaps a little understated, offers excellent seafood at reasonable prices. The fish tourism formula uses fresh, local fish, so dishes are prepared based on current availability. In the warmer months, you can dine al fresco in a lovely space. It lacks a sea view, but it's definitely recommended.

If you're looking for sophisticated, gourmet dishes, a three-volume wine list, and artistic plating, look elsewhere. But if you want to eat fresh fish cooked just like the fisherman cooked it, if you want to discover or rediscover the flavors and aromas of the authentic, traditional seafood cuisine of our Ligurian villages, you absolutely have to come here. In the creuza that leads from the Church of Boccadasse to the sea, there's this little restaurant where time seems to have stopped in the 1960s, when taverns offered a few excellent, authentic dishes at healthy, sustainable prices. The fishermen are in the dining room and enthusiastically and cheerfully discuss the lesser-known fish, which they sometimes serve alongside more well-known, classic dishes. Because here, the sea and its daily produce dominate much of the menu. I go there with friends and family whenever I can, even just for a quick aperitivo accompanied by a small dish that alone is worth the trip, but I really recommend everyone passing through my city to stop here at least once. I'm sure they'll be back. P.S. Special mention for the fried food, simply unforgettable.

Nice place with indoor and outdoor seating. Excellent food. Very good value. Friendly waiters. The only downside is the cashier! Really unfriendly and rude.

Whenever we're in these parts, we have to eat there because it's a feast of simple, yet truly delicious, cuisine. Everything is fresh, in fact, very fresh.
