Definitely one of the best restaurants in Rimini! Attention to detail, excellent service, excellent ingredients! I recommend the appetizer: neither raw nor cooked. First course: ravioli with burrata and red shrimp. P.S. Well done!

During my week-long family vacation in Torre Pedrera, I decided to try this experience... GB Restaurant (inside the Hotel Baldinini) is truly top-notch. The quality of the dishes, the service, and the location are truly top-notch. It's no coincidence that it's the best restaurant in Rimini and one of the best in the Emilia-Romagna region. Congratulations!

The atmosphere is truly beautiful, but I'd like to compliment the food, which is very well-crafted and, above all, top-quality! But what really struck me was the kindness, smiles, and friendliness of all the staff, as well as their warmth and professionalism. I highly recommend it!

Il cibo sfiziosamente eccellente, una perfetta alchimia di sapori e qualità … Il servizio eccellente, garbatamente scherzoso e simpatico… La location eccellente, una delle prime domeniche di sole primaverili godendo della vista mare.

08/09/2025: It's worth spending an evening at this "temple" of Romagna gastronomy, located in the center of the charming old town. The charcuterie board is truly rich and of good quality. The meat is truly prepared and served just right. The homemade side dishes are delicious. The wine list is good. They know what they're doing! A must try.
07/09/2025: We had a wonderful time! The appetizer was delicious: cold cuts and squacquerone. The rib-eye steak was exceptional...but above all, the service was impeccable... Alessandro (aka "the scholar" ;-)) was truly kind and extremely professional!
