I stayed for one night in October. Let's start with the staff, whose kindness and class are rare nowadays. The rooms are modern and in perfect condition. We dined in the restaurant, which features a splendid open kitchen. The menu was very carefully curated, the wine list was super comprehensive, and everything was delicious. The service was truly exceptional without being intrusive. We will definitely be back. A heartfelt thank you to all the staff for the magical experience they gave us.

A wonderful experience! The restaurant is refined and elegant, with meticulous attention to detail. The bar at the entrance looks like it's straight out of a modern art magazine, and the small veranda overlooking the beach offers a seaside feel while maintaining the chic style of the interior. The dishes are delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented; the open kitchen emphasizes the transparency and authenticity of the food. We were served by a very kind and professional waitress; her smiles and knowledge made me feel pampered throughout the dinner. Highly recommended!

Ottimo ristorante, in zona direi tra i migliori per il pesce. Non ho provato la carne ma visto la qualità della materia prima servita la proverei tranquillamente. Il servizio è di qualità e professionale, ci hanno spiegato tutto nei minimi particolari. Selezione di vini buona. Personalmente abbiamo bevuto un fiano di ottima qualità. Ci torneremo sicuramente più volte per diversi eventi sia lavorativi che familiari. Complimenti al gestore. Unica pecca… vorrei vedere tra i tavoli lo chef per farle i complimenti di persona.

10/11/2025: Sangiovesa is located in the historic center of Santarcangelo di Romagna and is definitely worth a visit. Housed in a historic building (formerly the I Condomini theater), it boasts several welcoming and characteristic rooms, all of which evoke a bygone era. The rooms are furnished in a rustic yet elegant style, and you can visit a characteristic cave. The menu is traditional, with a good selection of dishes. The wine list is extensive. In my case, we dined on a couple of appetizers, two first courses, and two desserts. For starters, an excellent platter of typical cured meats from the Saiano estate and a delicious and authentic herb cassone. For the first course, a slow-cooked and truly delicious lasagna paired with strozzapreti with farmyard ragù, also excellent. For dessert, we tried the comforting apple pie, accompanied by vanilla ice cream, and a zuppa inglese, which in our opinion was a bit subdued. It wasn't bad, but it was a little bland. Overall the dinner was very good and the bill was in line, let's say (the structure certainly has a certain value).
