GB Restaurant In Rimini

It's been a while since I've eaten fish because of my wheelchair, which makes it harder to stay in crowded places, and also because of the always long waiting times for my situation. Today I finally tried again and randomly chose this restaurant that the reviews said was more than good, and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere is nice and well-kept, the service is more than good, and the staff is efficient and extremely kind—and that's saying something from someone who usually grumbles if they don't see kindness. From check-in to the table, everything is well-organized, with the reservation confirmation included. The only downside, perhaps, is the parking, which could be difficult to find in high season. I don't know if the restaurant has one; we parked 200 meters away. The food is all very good, but my heart soared with the octopus, which was super tender. Even the bread was excellent. My compliments to the chef and the rest of the staff. Thank you all, you managed to make me feel comfortable and satisfied with the food. The price remains average for the genre, but the fish is very fresh and prepared with care. Thanks for the experience, I will definitely be back.

The food was exceptional, from appetizers to dessert. Dishes were meticulously crafted, with the freshest ingredients and balanced flavors showcasing the quality of the ingredients. A great strength is undoubtedly the service: the professional, attentive, and always smiling staff made you feel welcomed and pampered throughout the meal. I wasn't familiar with this place; we came here with German friends on a trip to Rimini for a trade fair. Well, I have to say, it was a great discovery. It's definitely a high-end restaurant. We ate and drank very well. A beautiful, elegant place.
