Gaute La Nata In Viù

We went here today for lunch after a morning in the snow. The place is gorgeous and the food is very good. We were just a little disappointed with the roast beef with potatoes: 1 small slice of ham and a small handful of potatoes for 16 euros! But the first courses and polenta were more plentiful and delicious! Another negative note: we asked for plain pasta for a 4-year-old girl and they charged us 10 euros, so it's not exactly cheap.

A beautiful experience! I will be back!

A less crowded place, also perfect for taking the kids to play in the snow! We had lunch at this very old-fashioned restaurant; the owner will give you better advice than the menu!

My wife and I spent a weekend in a campervan and had the pleasure of dining at Gaute la Nata di Geppe: we were thrilled! The gourmet cuisine is top-notch. I chose the porcini mushroom tasting menu, which included a delicious appetizer of flan and minced raw meat with porcini mushrooms, followed by tagliolini with porcini mushrooms and, for the main course, breaded and fried porcini mushrooms. Each dish was carefully crafted, flavorful, and well-balanced. My wife enjoyed an excellent vitello tonnato and a splendid smoked salmon trout, very delicate and flavorful. Despite the abundant dinner, I slept very well, a sign of the light, quality cuisine. The owner was extremely courteous and welcoming, contributing to the tranquil and pleasant atmosphere. We had a truly special evening! I highly recommend this restaurant for the quality of the food, the hospitality, and also for Molly's friendliness, a presence that makes the place even more unique!
