Is it worth crossing town to eat at this location? 100% worth it! The location is quite nice, cozy and warm, owner very kind and-above all- food to die for. The “mondeghili”, meatballs Milan style, are the best I’ve ever had, same for “orecchiette con cime di rapa”, a southern Italian pasta dish perfectly executed, to continue with Milan style veal cutlet (cotoletta alla milanese), which must be cut thick and served slightly rare to respect the tradition, was absurdly tender and tasty. Sister had an outwardly beef tartare. No dessert because portions make you roll outside. If close to central station, avoid tourist traps and head straight to Nanin.
