I ate here about two months ago, and I can assure you that Mr. Francesco's cooking is delicious. I had seafood spaghetti and mixed fried fish, and they were truly excellent. I recommend you try them.

Excellent food, especially the excellent fried seafood, light and not greasy, the environment (including the service) very clean and welcoming. (As a Palermitan, I felt at home!) 5 stars!

Velvet Restaurant at Hotel Primo

13/10/2025: I can only say something about the restaurant. I'd go back anytime! It was unforgettably delicious every day and was presented with incredible care. It was an absolute delight, both visually and gustatorily. The waiters were friendly and accommodating. 👍🏻
10/10/2025: I can't comment on the rooms, but we did go to the restaurant and were extremely satisfied! The welcome was very friendly, and the food was fantastic. We will definitely go back. Unfortunately for the restaurant next door, as we wanted to go there first, but it was closed without explanation.
