Gastronomia L'Abruzzo a Tavola In Pescara

In Pescara for work and have the day off. Wanted to try somewhere special for lunch outside piazza area. I found and opted to try Ristorante Gastronomia L'Abruzzo A Tavola. This ristorante is very small, only 4-5 tables inside. I told the only server that I was interested in Chitarra Alla Teramana (long squared spahgetti) and meat balls. The Chitarra Alla Teramana marinara was exceptional to say the least. It was so good that I wanted really wanted a 2nd order. Topped off my lunch with the Tiramisu AI Pistacchio Con Ganache AI Cioccolato which was good. Top off with an espresso. This lunch exceeded my expections and was well worth my 24 min walk from City Plaza area. My server was super polite and even the owner came out to check on me. I am going to try to go back end of the week before returning to US.

Everything is delicious! Homemade and traditional food, with plenty of vegan options. Check out the menu because they have many types of lasagna and desserts, but you have to order in advance. The service is very friendly. It's a small place, so you might need to make a reservation (although there were two of us and we got a table without any problem).

The food tastes was very good, but the portions are small. Only two tables of 4 people outside. Very good service thanks to the boy who works in the restaurant.

Small restaurant along a road with a small outdoor terrace but excellent food... the squid dish is highly recommended.

Visited for lunch, authentic products with good raw materials. The only flaw is the waiting times are a bit long.

I visited this place for lunch. It is a delicatessen that also has tables where you can eat your meal. I found the dishes ok. I expected something more. The Pallotte were not very tasty or cheesy, the Orecchiette was good, the Chitarrina alla Teramana was without infamy or praise. The meatballs are good. The ingredients seemed to me to be of high quality. Service not very fast. In all respects a delicatessen with restaurant prices. I found them excessive for the service offered. Dessert price €6

Cibo ottimo e accuratamente lavorato secondo tradizione, rapporto qualità prezzo adeguato. Consiglio vivamente per chi', come noi, vuole provare piatti tipici della cucina Abbruzzese.
