We found this place by chance in the beautiful center of Castiglione di Sicilia. Impeccable service, friendly, helpful staff. Excellent, high-quality food. Reasonably priced. Highly recommended; we'll definitely be back.

Wow. What a treat in this little restaurant! All the food was freshly prepared and delicious.

After visiting the Alcantara Gorge, we ended up at this little restaurant. We received a very friendly welcome. We were told what dishes were available that day. The tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms was so good that we ordered another portion – which says it all ;-) Our friends had tagliatelle pomodoro and eggplant – also a real treat. We received complimentary Christmas cookies with our coffee – and took some home with us, as they were also very good. If you happen to be in the area, a visit to this small, charming restaurant is definitely worthwhile. Great praise to the owners and the chef.

We ate here for lunch one day and dinner another day. There doesn't seem to be a set menu. For lunch there was pesto pasta and ragu pasta with duck. It was delicious. And then the next day we ate dinner, and we had a mushroom and sausage spaghetti, and then sous vide ribs that were cooked with beer / wine, along with French fries and a balsamic salad. Everything was delicious and Carmelo, the chef / family owner, is incredibly friendly and seems incredibly passionate and proud of his cooking. The dining area is really well curated and everyone is super polite. We will definitely be eating here again the next time we're in town

Carmelo is an excellent chef. We ate here two times and the hospitality, ambiance, service, and of course food was amazing. I had one of the best ribs in my life. They are sous vide in wine/beer. They also gave us complementary bread/veggies which were also amazing. My BF had the mushroom sausage pasta, as well as the Ragu pasta. I also had pesto pasta another time. Everything was amazing :-)

Fantastic food. Lunch (pasta and chicory) was so good, we came again for dinner (pizza and ribs). Lunch is limited offering of special pastas and primi/meat dish, which changes daily. Dinner is pizza and pasta/primi specials. The owner and chef Carmello is a wonderful host. Highly recommend if in Castiglione di Sicilia.
