Ero in viaggio di lavoro con un collega, da fuori questo posto ci incuriosisce ed entriamo... che intuizione felicissima! Locale raccolto e molto grazioso, piatti curatissimi (bruschetta con salsiccia di Colonnata divina, e pollo ripieno della casa favoloso). Il ragazzo al banco gentilissimo e cordiale. Il bancone è bellissimo e pieno di delizie invitanti, se non avessi avuto un appuntamento di lavoro nel pomeriggio avrei fatto un bello shopping di prelibatezze. Un po' lontano dai circuiti turistici ma vale assolutamente la passeggiata!

Having come across it almost by chance, we relied on the reviews that perfectly describe this whole mini reality! Fun, cheerful and pleasant atmosphere thanks to the complicity of Mirko and Monica. Mirko, the innkeeper, represents the innkeeper that all delicatessens/taverns should have! Monica floats between the tables recommending excellent wine and dispensing dishes as if there was no tomorrow. Great food, VERY generous portions and fair prices! Super mega recommended for those who want to experience an original Florence!

Arrivato con amici all'ora di pranzo. Ma è una gastronomia! Non ti preoccupare mi dicono gli amici, mangerai come in un bistrot. Assolutamente vero e con grande piacere. Salumi toscani più che ottimi, anche una bresaola di hangus super; patè di fegatini su pane integrale buonissimo; parmigiana di melanzane divina, bella "unta", ma per una volta si può fare; una schiacciata toscana appena sfornata accompagna queste prelibatezze. Un risotto ai peperoni da replicare e un'abbondante lasagna al forno. Un'ottima cantina, anche di "vino della casa". Magari i prezzi non sono da Light Lunch, ma non importa farlo tutti i giorni di lavoro. Locale piccolissimo, conviene prenotare.

It is a welcoming place, excellent cuisine with high quality products. The owner Matteo is very good, kind and attentive to customers, assisted by his father who is equally good and kind. The prices are really good and reasonable, especially compared to the exquisite food.

Amazing lunch - staff and vibes are great. Good wine, good food. Feels like a local spot where everyone knows each other and people genuinely like working there. I wish the world had more spots like this.
