From Modena passing through Parma, it's a shame I didn't try something else, but exquisite Tortelli di carne, it was worth the wait for the cooking time and also brought home for the rest of the family. Very friendly owners

My colleagues and I are absolutely in love with this deli. The owners are kind, helpful, and creative, always offering different, authentic, and delicious recipes! In fact, you're often spoiled for choice when it comes to trying a new dish or going for the great classics of Parma cuisine. We're incredibly loyal and go every week, and I'll say more! I'm from Turin, and I'm happy to go to Parma for a day trip for work, especially because I know it means eating at my favorite deli. Now, even from home, people ask me about this famous deli, so I often pick up takeout for my loved ones too.
