Very friendly and nice staff. Ask for vegan food and they prepare you something delicious. It’s only 5 minutes walk from the sea.

We got a takeaway dinner. The food is excellent, the staff friendly and smiling. Excellent price quality. Highly recommended! We will be back soon to try the panzanella too!

We got some takeaway for lunch during our holiday in Viareggio. Everything was excellent, very fresh seafood salad, tasty couscous, really compliments! We will definitely be back!

It literally saved my life and my belly because I came on holiday to Viareggio with my family and nothing.....my husband forgot the bag of food all cooked for Easter on the terrace.......... ........... ... everything was excellent, my goodness, how good and how kind!!!!

15/08/2024: Perhaps it was born as a restaurant with a Michelin star but now it is a good, noisy trattoria like all trattorias, with some delicious historic dishes but also dishes that are not adequate for quality, quantity and price. Managing a Michelin restaurant means knowing how to give up a few tables to give the customer a more serene and peaceful environment, and a few more escapes.
03/08/2024: Absolute top in Forte. Door succes jaar op voorahnd te boeken maar daar kun je 100 redenen voor gevel. Klasse zaak. We hebben het gelukt gehad om Lorenzo zelf meer dan 10 jaar gekend te hebben. Ondertussen heeft zijn charmante dochter de leiding over genomen met enorm succes. Perfectie is was ze zoekt en aanbiedt. Kader prachtig, bediening super, eten ongelofelijk, … woorden schieten te kort. Eten bij Lorenzo was de kroon op onze vakantie. Bedankt en zeker tot volgend jaar! 🙏

Botton D'Oro Restaurant

25/08/2024: Ristorante di una villa nella periferia lucchese, aperto anche agli esterni. Location elegante e semplice, non grandissima rapportata anche al fabbisogno degli eventuali ospiti. Qualche problemino iniziale a causa della mancanza di una targa/insegna/indicazione (che può essere facilmente risolto anche solo andando a mettere il nome della villa tra parentesi accanto al nome del ristorante sui vari portali). Un’accoglienza calda ed informale, molto cortese e rispettosa, più da struttura alberghiera che da ristorante (cosa molto positiva). Menu piccolo e preciso, mare e terra. Materia prima ottima e fresca, cucinata molto bene e servita in porzioni non generose ma sicuramente abbondanti. Ottima la lista dei vini. I prezzi sono in linea con quello offerto, parliamo di 40-60 euro a persona di media. Una bella esperienza, sicuramente da ripetere.
08/06/2024: Everything excellent. Excellent dishes! I took the Lucchese tordelli with ragù... in fact one of the best ragùs I've ever eaten! Simple ! Cheek …. spectacular ! Service: impeccable. Location: well… what can I say… worth seeing! Rightfully saved in the Special Places Well done!
