Gasthof Zur Krone In Laion

For a short ski trip, we stayed for 2 nights with a tour group at Hotel Zur Sonne in Lajen. We received a very hospitable welcome from Oskar and the staff and had a delicious breakfast and dinner. The rooms have recently been renovated and have good mattresses and shower + underfloor heating. Thanks to an excellent public transport connection, you can reach the ski area in Ortisei in half an hour. Considering the price-quality ratio, highly recommended.

Excellent experience. Tyrolean style hotel, very nice and welcoming. Location in the center of the town of Laion, you have to do a few uphill bends to get there, but then the passage is wonderful. Very familiar and welcoming service. The rooms are large and clean. Free parking in front of the hotel. Very close to Bressanone. With half board you can have dinner included which is excellent, with very well prepared dishes (compliments to the chef).

I stayed for two nights in this hotel with my family and the experience was more than positive. New and very clean rooms, very friendly staff both at reception and at the bar and restaurant. Good breakfast and excellent dinners. A few km from the motorway exit, easy to reach. To be recommended

Clean rooms, friendly service. Rooms are well equipped. Large modern shower area. TV available. WiFi available throughout the house. Food is very good.

Located just outside the main road in a smaller town. We loved the food, the hospitality and the beautiful rooms!

Were here again after 4 years in the restaurant/small beer garden. The same waiter served us again, who served us in a very good mood and professionally. You can tell that he does the job with all his heart. We ate a snack that was filling and tasty. We'll be back!

Had a drink here one evening during our holiday. We had an apartment further away. We had a lovely drink here on the terrace. Service (there was actually only 1 girl working on the terrace) was super friendly and helped by her! Definitely satisfied. I can't tell you anything about the hotel as we didn't use it.

Large restaurant with an upscale atmosphere, the staff is friendly and helpful. The traditional dishes were very good, the Wiener Schnitzel was nothing, too small with Flaxen, but it just doesn't belong here...
