The hotel is located directly on the Marlinger Waalweg (Waalweg). The food is excellent, and the entire staff is very friendly and accommodating. We always enjoy returning to the Waldschenke.

Pleasant ambiance. Great view. Food was very tasty. Good value for money. Wonderful terrace with a great view. Even usable in the rain, as it's covered.

As hikers, we ate in the busy restaurant. The staff was very friendly, the view from the terrace was fantastic! The food is average, priced on the higher side and for us there was a 45 minute wait. Unfortunately, tiramisu is far too sweet.

10/07/2025: Vale la pena il cammino un po’ faticoso per arrivare a questa malga ,situata in un posto bellissimo pieno di fiori e mucche . Ambiente piacevole e simpatico Si condividono i tavoli . Polenta buonissima e un ottimo strudel Assolutamente da provare
