Gasthof Sonne In San lorenzo di sebato

Gasthof Sonne is a historic hotel in the center of San Lorenzo di Sebato, near Brunico. Excellent location for visiting the Pusteria Valley. I stayed in an excellently furnished single room, large bathroom and comfortable bed. Super breakfast with fresh bread and excellent croissants, dinner is typical with a strong point in the soups. The rating takes into account quality and price.

Small and simple hotel, without many frills but quiet and comfortable, in a village also convenient for access to Plan de Corones, which also allows for a few short walks. Good dinner, just the right amount. Very courteous and helpful lady and collaborator. For the quality/price ratio it certainly deserves a high rating.

Have stayed at this hotel for 16 years, can really recommend it. A personal hotel with good food and drink, friendly staff and owners. The hotel is well located for the entire Dolomitiski ski system. Have also visited the hotel in the summertime for hiking. Always as nice to come back!!!

Kind welcome. I gave the room three stars only for the furnishings and finishes which are too dated and the poorly lit bathroom (the rooms on the upper floor have been modernised), but the cleanliness and comfort are more than satisfactory. I was particularly impressed by the catering service with excellent cuisine and generous portions. Particular praise goes to the kind lady who pampered the children at the table at dinner, even with an encore. Good location for the ski lifts.

Family atmosphere a stone's throw from Brunico and very convenient for reaching the ski lifts, absolutely a strategic position. Spotlessly clean and truly comfortable rooms.

We had a great time at Hotel Sonne! The food was excellent, fresh and lovingly prepared. The staff was super friendly, attentive and warm. Thanks to the good location and connections, we were able to do a lot. A perfect stay with friends – we will definitely be back!
