The hotel is located in the city center, which is very convenient. I would give the rooms 3,5* overall. Special mention for the breakfast buffet - it was particularly good and there was wide variety to choose from (including good gluten free and lactose free products). We were a bit disappointed by the food from the restaurant, as well as the service for dinner and at the reception.

Of all the accommodations I've stayed at, this was by far the best. It was cheaper than other accommodations in the area, only about 300,000 won, so I honestly didn't expect much, but the room was unique and clean. The food was especially delicious. We arrived late, so we decided to grab a quick dinner at the hotel, but guess what? The ravioli was amazing. The flavors were incredible. The linguine was delicious because the seafood was fresh, but it was average. If any Koreans are visiting the Dolomites, make this your base and stay for two nights and three days, trying everything on the dinner menu. The pizza looks delicious, too. I wish I could open a chain in Korea. I'll definitely be back in the Dolomites just to eat this.

The hotel is in the beautiful town of Chiusa, close to Ortisei and Val di Funes. I had booked a room for three people, but to our surprise, upon arrival we were given a huge apartment with a kitchen, living room, bedroom, etc. Everything was very clean, and the staff was very attentive. We had pizzas in the restaurant, and they were very good. The breakfast was particularly outstanding, as it was very varied and of very good quality.

Stopping even for a simple coffee in this charming hotel restaurant is something unique. Very well-kept and refined.

It was one of the hotels I stayed at on my trip to the Dolomites. The experience was very good. The rooms have every comfort, the breakfast buffet is amazing, and the service was excellent. A very positive point is that there are electric car charging stations next to the hotel. They have an incredible restaurant, where we had a wonderful dinner two days ago, with an extensive menu, quality food, abundant food, and good prices. The waiters were super friendly. A very pleasant experience!

A very nice hotel in a hundred-year-old building. Superior, competent, and friendly staff. One thing: Please place pepper mills with whole pepper on the tables. Ground pepper is blasphemy.
