Excellent location, friendly staff, excellent treatment, very comfortable rooms, very varied breakfast, everything was perfect, thank you

We were there on a warm summer evening. The terrace is a wonderful place to linger, accompanied by tasty food and friendly and courteous service staff.

We arrived late at around 1130pm but there were still people around to welcome us. There’s a private car parking garage for guests with cars. The room wise is nice and clean and they do room service daily, however there’s no fridge, no cutleries and aircon and the beds are quite small. However the breakfast was amazing which makes it worth the stay. Location is also pretty central if you’re making rounds between seceda, alpe di siusi and adolf munkel weg.

A hotel in the purest Austrian-Italian tradition. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, the restaurant and terrace a delight and the breakfast gargantuan.

Great place. Fantastic cuisine. Service can only be praised. Everyone enjoys their job and works together for the guest - as a team.

As already mentioned, excellent hotel in the center of Chiusa, a town that offers lots of walks, cycling and much more... Bars and pubs always open!!!

Bel posto, si sente e si vede che è un posto antico, ricco di sapori e storia. Io cerco sempre una cucina contadina del luogo e qui si trova tutto questo, poi se è biologica per i prodotti che produce, allora siamo al top. La qualità si paga ma io ci ritornerò prima che finisca le vacanze.

Stunning hotel, great service and tasty tirol and Italian food, directly access to big playground for kids, private parking garage, lovely town with small shops, supermarket and pharmacy, bus to Seiser Alm. Room improvement possible with more space and fridge (no closet needed)

We only went for dinner, a really nice place, ate well, friendly staff, fair prices

Bellissima sistemazione logistica sul fianco di una collina che domina la valle sottostante , tavoli all'aperto. Ottima cucina, prezzi giusti non economici. Due tagliatelle ai finferli, un goulash con canederli ,un dolce tipico ( kaisersmarrenn), mezzo litro di vino della casa e due calici di gewustraminer 87 euro.
